Senior Software Development Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• We seek 3–6 years of full-stack software development experience with a solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals.
• We need strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and the MVC framework, including development from concept through deployment, support, and enhancement.

• We require at least 1 year of experience with hardware communication through USB or serial interfaces.
• We need advanced skill in writing, tuning, and executing Microsoft SQL queries.

• We value hands-on experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).

• We assess the impact of code changes across the application to protect stability and reliability.
• We analyze user feedback to improve functionality and optimize SQL query performance.
• We work with architects, team leads, and business analysts to confirm requirements, refine design decisions, and resolve technical issues.
• We maintain and enhance internally developed applications while delivering ongoing technical support.
• We communicate project progress, development status, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• We assist production support with troubleshooting, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
• We create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support future development and maintenance.
• We participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, application design, system development, testing, and implementation.
