Chicken Team Member/Cortador de pollo

Looking for enthusiastic individuals that are customer service oriented and can provide a welcoming attitude to our customers. The chicken cutter will be responsible of receiving customer orders and communicate it to the BOH as well as the packer. Duties: Have full knowledge of the menu Cut chicken to its proper portion and customer specifications Answer any questions a customer may have in regards to the menu. Ensure that chicken being served is up to standards (Holding time, temp, appearance) Opening, closing and side duties. El cortador de pollos será el encargado de recibir los pedidos de los clientes y comunicarlo tanto al BOH como al envasador. Deberes: Tener pleno conocimiento del menú. Corte el pollo a su porción adecuada y a las especificaciones del cliente. Responda cualquier pregunta que pueda tener un cliente con respecto al menú.
