Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the health care, consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent). Deep understanding of healthcare trends, data security standards (e.g., HIPAA/GDPR), and the digital health landscape. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to mid-level and executive management both internally and externally. Proven track record of executing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholder groups with minimal guidance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $112000 - $161000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end partnership pipelines, from partner onboarding to activation and long-term management. Build and maintain relationship plans for healthcare accounts, identifying growth opportunities and pitching integration pathways. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to align partnership goals with internal roadmaps and healthcare regulatory standards. Assess and identify bottlenecks in partner operations, recommending meaningful process enhancements to improve pipeline velocity and partner satisfaction. Define, track, and report on partnership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Research and synthesize healthcare industry intelligence to communicate insights that inform product strategy.
