Business Development Representative (BDR)

This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role where you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving the conversations that fill our sales pipeline. What You'll Do Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to automotive dealerships to create and nurture new opportunities. Book and qualify high-quality demos for our Account Executives, ensuring strong attendance and engagement rates. Run daily multi-channel outreach cadences (phone, email, video) to drive consistent prospect engagement. Research and identify key decision-makers and tailor our value proposition to their business challenges. Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track activities, and maintain clean data for forecasting and reporting. Continuously improve through coaching, professional development, and sales training sessions. Meet and exceed weekly KPIs for call activity, conversion rates, and monthly demo goals. What You'll Bring 1+ year of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or lead generation (automotive or SaaS a plus). Exceptional verbal communication and professional phone presence. A fearless, persistent mindset and comfort handling rejection. Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented with strong time management skills. Coachable, competitive, and motivated to exceed goals and advance your sales career. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. This role is your launchpad into a full-cycle sales career. High-performing BDRs are promoted into Account Executive (AE) positions, where you'll manage your own pipeline and close business.
