Duties
Help
Develop methods for evaluating effectiveness of each of the clinical operations measures
Solve complex issues by researching, analyzing, and creating corrective action plans using data (reports, charts, graphs, statistics)
Identify and recommend improvements for Healthcare System processes
Establish standards of performance for critical and high volume, high cost areas of health care
Make recommendations to leadership on productivity, access, and quality
Conduct cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis
Develop and implement metrics for program evaluation
