Nurse Practitioner OpportunityHospitality Spotlight is partnering with a client supporting a federal program to hire an experienced Nurse Practitioner to conduct exams for Veterans and military members in Colorado. This is a non-treatment role focused on medical evaluations and documentation that directly supports disability determinations. This role is full-time, steady schedule with no on-call requirements.The Work:Perform evaluations for VeteransAssess medical records and claim documentation before each examComplete Disability Benefits Questionnaires within a web-based systemRecord precise findings and patient responses during assessmentsMaintain accurate, thorough, and timely electronic documentationFinalize and submit exams for review and decision processingStay organized and detail-focused in a high-volume settingWhat You've Done:Completed a Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programMaintain an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in ColoradoBring a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare settingStay highly organized and work effectively with minimal supervisionCommunicate clearly in both verbal and written formatsThrive in a structured, fast-paced, high-volume environmentSkilled in Microsoft Office and standard computer systemsFamiliarity with EMR systems preferredWhat Sets You Apart:Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to analyze medical information and apply clinical judgmentSelf-directed with strong time management skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities with urgencySolid understanding of medical terminology and body systemsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamCompensation: Hourly rate of $62.50If you're looking for a structured clinical role with consistent hours and a mission-driven impact supporting Veterans, we'd love to connect.
