EEO Specialist

Conducting thorough and impartial investigations into complaints of discrimination and harassment, the full-time remote EEO Specialist will assess incoming complaints, manage multiple investigative matters, and develop resolutions while ensuring compliance with EEO laws and best practices. Key responsibilities: Assess incoming complaints to determine adverse action and appropriate resolution management Conduct prompt, thorough, and unbiased investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination Evaluate findings and prepare position statements, negotiate settlements, and facilitate closure calls with stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or four years of related experience Three to five years of experience in investigating and resolving employment complaints or employee relations PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
