ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its innovative and established outpatient center dedicated to Seniors in Tucson, AZ. *Job Highlights:* * Outpatient position only * Clinic Hours Monday-Friday, NO WEEKENDS * Geriatric Patient Panel Only (those aged 60 years and older) * Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients * Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient * Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology * State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community *Benefits:* * Employed Position * Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) * Full malpractice coverage with tail * Medical Benefits (including retirement) * CME * PTO *Qualifications:* * M.D. or D.O. graduates * Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) * Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required * Physician must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full medical licensure from the Arizona Medical Board *Location: *Tucson, AZ is a cultural hub that offers a plethora of options for the whole family.
