At Right at Home, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes — with clear plans, strong communication, and the support to do your best work. We're looking for experienced caregivers who want to bring both skill and compassion to their care. Serving clients in Kalamazoo/Delton MI

What You'll Do

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility • Support daily needs: meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders • Provide hands-on care for bed-bound clients, including bathing, repositioning, and hygiene • Care for clients with dementia, Parkinson's, and other conditions • Maintain patience and professionalism, even during challenging situations

Schedule & Pay

12-hour shifts: 7AM–7PM or 8AM–8PM / 7PM–7AM or 8PM–8AM, Monday -Sunday 2/3 shift per week Higher pay rate applies only to full 12-hour shifts

Requirements

6+ months caregiving experience Driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
