This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.The Maintenance Supervisor at Altitude Apartments is eligible for a 100% apartment allowance if living on-site.Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus.Property MaintenanceOversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs.Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.OperationsManage service requests using Yardi or similar software.Maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies.Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.Team LeadershipLead and develop a diverse maintenance team.Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.We're all about creating communities that people are proud to call home. HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire. Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required. Supervisory experience required. Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software. Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work. Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
