We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Travel Planner to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel experiences, from leisure vacations to group trips. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel and enjoy helping others create memorable journeys. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel, including flights, hotels, cruises, and tours
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget
• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to ensure quality travel experiences
• Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments
• Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process
• Stay up to date on travel trends, policies, and industry updates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors degree a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service-oriented with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using computers, online booking tools, and social media
• Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
