Responsibilities

Assist clients with gathering necessary details for upcoming trips

Research destination options, accommodations, and activities as needed

Organize and prepare itinerary information and related documentation

Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems

Provide clear communication and basic guidance during the planning process

Coordinate follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling updates

Support the trip planning process by confirming details and managing documentation

Perform general administrative and customer service tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Clear written and verbal communication

Ability to work remotely with effective time management

Comfortable using online tools, digital platforms, and research resources

Customer service or administrative experience preferred
