Overview 

The Strategic Regulatory Growth Director plays a critical role in aligning regulatory strategy with enterprise growth objectives by identifying market opportunities and guiding complex expansion initiatives. This leader drives value through industry intelligence, regulatory insight, and execution of strategic partnerships, mergers, and new market entry efforts. The role oversees cross-functional projects, including financial modeling, regulatory approvals, and licensure, while advising executive leadership with data-driven recommendations and insights. 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree (Required) 

Certification/Licensure 

• Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) (Preferred) 

Experience 

• 5 years of financial modeling and analysis experience (Required) 

• 2 years Progressive leadership experience, including managing cross-functional or matrixed teams (Required) 

• Regulatory experience (Preferred) 

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $178,089.60 - $280,176.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
