Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid / Remote) Duration: Fulltime Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and oversee enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, application development, integrations, automation, and platform configuration across multiple ServiceNow capabilities. Responsibilities Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, applications, modules, workflows, and platform enhancements. Define and maintain ServiceNow technical architecture across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and custom applications. Configure and develop ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Workflows, and system properties. Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, middleware, and scripted solutions. Build and oversee custom scoped applications using ServiceNow AppEngine. Develop workflow automation using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow automation capabilities. Architect solutions for Service Catalog, Mobile, Virtual Agent/Virtual Chat, and Asset Management. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams. Lead technical design, testing, validation, documentation, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow licensing, architecture, security, and platform optimization. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience managing and architecting ServiceNow environments for a U.S. Federal Government agency. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow solution architecture and platform development. Experience across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow scoped applications. Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and automation. Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, Integration Hub, middleware, or scripted integrations. Experience with custom ServiceNow application development and AppEngine. Strong technical design, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Required Certification ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred Qualifications Additional ServiceNow CIS certifications such as ITSM, CSM, CMDB, or Discovery. Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence. Experience with CSDM or CMDB maturity initiatives. Experience with ServiceNow licensing and subscription optimization. Experience with Human-Centered Design, customer research, or usability testing. Experience presenting technical architecture and roadmaps to senior stakeholders. U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain the applicable federal Public Trust suitability determination. Work Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional onsite or travel requirements as needed. Compensation: The expected compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, work location, internal equity, and business needs. The posted range reflects Sky's reasonable estimate at the time of posting and does not guarantee a specific salary or rate. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contractual and business considerations.
