Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, evaluating current conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Create individualized care plans based on assessment findings, ensuring alignment with patient goals and lifestyle.
• Educate patients about their rehabilitation journeys, building rapport and promoting adherence to their tailored plans of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
