Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients and their families on comprehensive injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and self-management techniques to enhance their recovery journey.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes, while maintaining accurate records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and fellow healthcare professionals to guarantee integrated and continuous care, which significantly affects patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California Physical Therapy license and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
