Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders
Finalize export documents and send to shipping line or customer for delivery
Help customers with complaints and questions. Submit claims to management, follow up to ensure resolution
Give customers information about products and services
Answering phone and booking appointments
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Outlook
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
