About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc in Rome, NY is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and success. Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all aspects of restaurant operations
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team to drive operational excellence
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand brand presence and revenue
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
• Champion a culture of exceptional guest experience and team engagement
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams
• Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
