Responsibilities for Front Desk Admin:
Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out
Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries
Handle insurance verification
Maintain patient records in Open Dental
Support smooth daily operations with attention to detail and organization
Qualifications:
1+ years of front desk experience in a dental office preferred
MUST BE Proficiency with Open Dental a strong plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor

Our new, high-tech dental practice in Manhattan is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish the foundation of a growing practice and build a career with us long-term.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a warm, patient-centered approach.

part-time $23 - $25 per hour

Bi-weekly paid

Looking for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Shift (9 am - 6 pm)

• Cosmetic Dentistry
• Driver’s license
• Emergency Dentistry
• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)
• General Dentistry
• Implant Dentistry
• Open Dental

1+ years of front desk experience in a dental office preferred
