Team Manager - Boca Raton

Summary The Team Manager supports the Store Director by leading sales, operations and security to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet commercial targets. The role provides day-to-day oversight of the store in the Director's absence and focuses on coaching the team, client development, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Coach, guide and motivate sales and operations teams to achieve or exceed store sales and KPI targets. Assume oversight of the store when the Director is not present and provide visible management presence on the sales floor. Drive client development activities and personally manage key client relationships to grow revenue. Recruit, train, develop and retain top talent, delivering regular feedback and performance management. Champion operational efficiency, back-of-house management and compliance with internal control procedures. Requirements Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
