About the Role This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in Boca Raton, Florida. We believe the best creative ideas come from close collaboration, rapid feedback, and working together in person. We're looking for a Lead AI Performance Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of AI, performance marketing, and creative direction. This isn't a traditional creative role. Your job is to find winning creative that drives revenue. You’ll own the strategy behind our Meta advertising creative—from ideation through execution and optimization. You’ll leverage the latest AI tools to generate concepts, enhance content, create new assets, write copy, iterate on winning ads, and bring ideas to market faster than traditional creative teams. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Creator & Influencer Manager to develop high‑performing UGC campaigns by writing scripts, coaching creators, reviewing submitted content, providing actionable feedback, identifying winning creators and creatives worth scaling, and quickly cutting concepts that aren’t performing. You’ll also collaborate closely with our in‑house photographer, videographer, and offshore editing team to consistently produce fresh, high‑converting creative. Success in this role comes from shipping quickly, testing relentlessly, learning from data, and constantly improving creative performance. What You'll Do Performance Creative Strategy Develop winning concepts and creative angles for Meta advertising. Research competitors, market trends, and high‑performing ads. Identify opportunities for new hooks, offers, messaging, and creative formats. Build ongoing creative testing roadmaps based on campaign performance. Identify winning creatives quickly and develop new iterations to scale. Recognize underperforming concepts early and shift resources to higher‑performing ideas. AI Creative Production Use AI tools to create images, videos, graphics, motion assets, and creative variations. Write advanced prompts for AI image and video generation. Edit and enhance existing creative using AI. Continuously experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve speed and output. UGC Strategy & Creator Coaching Write compelling UGC scripts, hooks, and creative briefs. Partner closely with our Creator & Influencer Manager. Coach creators on delivery, messaging, and storytelling. Review creator submissions and provide clear, actionable feedback. Help identify which creators and creative concepts are driving performance. Continuously improve scripts based on testing results. Creative Direction Plan and brief photoshoots and video shoots. Direct our in‑house photographer and videographer to capture performance‑driven content. Ensure every production day delivers assets optimized for paid social advertising. Post Production Management Review edits from our video editing team in the Philippines. Provide clear, constructive feedback that improves performance. Ensure creative aligns with both brand standards and Meta advertising best practices. Copywriting & Performance Marketing Generate compelling hooks, headlines, primary copy, CTAs, and ad scripts using AI. Develop multiple creative variations for continuous testing. Collaborate with the paid media team to improve campaign performance. Analyze creative performance and turn insights into the next generation of winning ads. What Success Looks Like A constant pipeline of fresh creative entering testing every week. Winning ads are identified quickly and scaled efficiently. Underperforming creative is replaced before results decline. AI dramatically increases creative speed, quality, and output. UGC creators consistently improve through coaching and feedback. Creative production becomes faster, smarter, and more data‑driven every month. Creative directly contributes to customer acquisition and revenue growth. What We’re Looking For 3+ years creating high-performing paid social creative for DTC brands. Strong understanding of Meta advertising and performance creative. Exceptional creative instincts backed by data and testing. Experience directing photographers, videographers, creators, or creative teams. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback. Highly self‑motivated and able to move quickly without constant oversight.
