Business Process Analyst

Veracyte

Veracyte seeks a Business Process Analyst to support Reimbursement Operations through process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives. The role involves identifying operational inefficiencies, documenting business requirements, and implementing solutions across healthcare revenue cycle systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end revenue cycle workflows to identify opportunities for manual effort reduction
Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow documentation for current and future states
Conduct root-cause analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Partner with Reimbursement Operations, IT, and vendors on process optimization initiatives

Requirements

Strong analytical and process mapping skills
Experience supporting healthcare operations
Knowledge of workflow automation and Intelligent Document Processing
Familiarity with Salesforce, XIFIN, or billing vendor systems
Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and document workflows
