Your leadership will be pivotal in developing and implementing robust strategies aimed at optimizing cost, enhancing quality, ensuring on-time delivery, and exceeding customer satisfaction. Through continuous improvement and innovative thinking, you will:Develop a world-class operations team fostering growth through strategic staffing, rigorous training programs, and dynamic talent management.Drive employee engagement with a strong focus on operational excellence through initiatives such as Factory Gemba walks, quality improvement strategies, and comprehensive safety protocols.Champion best practices by maintaining a well-organized workspace with 5S+1 methodologies and deploying Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to streamline processes.Responsibility for succession planning and organizational development to cultivate a resilient and forward-thinking team.Effectively manage performance and deliver key results across a dynamic matrix organization, showcasing your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.Qualifications: Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across the function. Typically has mastery within a specific technical area or broad expertise across multiple related job areas. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
