Role: Commercial Finance Manager FP&A & Business Partnering Location: Montvale, NJ Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Job Summary Our client, a leading manufacturing and nutrition solutions organization, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support strategic financial operations for a major business segment. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive sales growth, profitability, forecasting accuracy, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end reporting and financial analysis Manage forecasting and annual budgeting processes Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations Support pricing strategy and acquisition analysis Perform financial modeling and ad-hoc business analysis Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations Build strong partnerships with commercial, supply chain, and executive leadership teams Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 5+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience Strong Excel and ERP systems experience Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to influence business decisions and manage competing priorities Preferred Skills Power BI and Microsoft D365 experience Manufacturing or production industry experience Strategic planning and pricing analysis experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
