Deal Desk Manager

Overview We are looking for a Deal Desk Manager to own and scale our enterprise deal review and approval process. This role is critical to how we structure and close complex, high‑value deals, ensuring they are priced correctly, compliant with policy, and aligned with long‑term revenue strategy. As the central approval layer for non‑standard and enterprise quotes, you will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to accelerate deal velocity while maintaining rigor around pricing, discounting, contract terms, and revenue impact. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary approval authority for enterprise and non‑standard deals prior to customer delivery. Review and approve pricing, discounting, commercial terms, payment structures, and deal exceptions within established approval frameworks. Partner with Sales to structure creative, compliant deal solutions that meet customer needs while protecting margin and long‑term value. Work closely with Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Product to ensure accurate quoting, contract compliance, and properכשיו revenue treatment. Own and continuously improve deal desk processes, approval matrices, and documentation to ensure scalable workflows. High attention to detail with the ability to balance precision and speed in a fast‑paced environment.
