Pet Care Growth Coordinator

Location: Clearwater/Pinellas County
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hourly)
Pay: $18 hour + performance bonuses

Cooper’s Scoopers is a growing pet care company helping busy pet parents with reliable, trusted services including pet waste removal, dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits.

We are looking for a motivated Pet Care Growth Coordinator who loves pets, enjoys connecting with people, and wants the opportunity to help build a growing local business.

This role combines sales, customer service, community outreach, and pet care operations.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Growth

• Respond quickly to new customer leads through phone, text, email, and CRM systems
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into recurring clients
• Schedule customer consultations and recommend the best pet care solutions
• Build relationships with homeowners, neighborhoods, HOAs, apartment communities, and local businesses
• Generate new residential and commercial customers through outreach, networking, events, and partnerships
• Track sales activity and help achieve monthly growth goals

Pet Care Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes to provide pet waste removal, dog walking, and pet sitting services
• Walk dogs safely and confidently in neighborhoods and local areas
• Provide in-home pet care, including feeding, water, and companionship
• Clean and deodorize yards using company-provided equipment
• Ensure all gates, doors, and homes are secured before leaving
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at every visit
• Track and complete services using a mobile app
• Manage your daily route and schedule independently

Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional communication and service to pet parents
• Ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Encourage reviews, referrals, and repeat business
• Identify opportunities to add additional services

Community Growth

• Attend local events and represent the Cooper’s Scoopers brand
• Build partnerships with veterinarians, groomers, apartment communities, and pet businesses
• Help increase local brand awareness

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $18/Hour

Performance Bonuses:

• New recurring customer bonuses
• Commercial account acquisition bonuses
• Monthly revenue growth bonuses

Example:

• Add 50 new recurring customers/month = additional bonus opportunity
• Close new commercial partnerships = additional commission opportunity

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable talking with customers and making sales calls
• Organized and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for animals and pet care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Employment Requirements

• Must pass a comprehensive background check prior to employment
• Must pass an insurance required random drug test within 30 days of hire date
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in customers’ homes and around their pets
• Must be willing to follow all company safety, service, and pet care standards
