Role Description
As our key Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will be the primary engine behind our financial planning and operational analysis. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced ecommerce environment where the unit economics are complex and the data is plentiful. You won’t just be reporting on what happened last month; you will be building the models that dictate what we do next year. If you are looking for a role where you can own the entire P&L and influence the trajectory of a high-tech, private company, this is it.
This position will engage cross functionally to influence decision making across multiple departments and disciplines, as well as be responsible for up-leveling and developing the FP&A organization as a whole. Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance.
- Experience in Ecommerce or SaaS is a significant plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Requirements
- Strong modeling skills and experience with FP&A platforms (Adaptive, Analplan), BI tools (Tableau, Looker), and ERP systems (Netsuite, Sage Intacct).
- Ability to explain the "why" behind a budget variance and its implications to our financial outlook.
- Proven track record of owning and administering financial forecasting software (e.g., Adaptive, Vena, Mosaic, or Jirav).
- Ability to thrive in a "high tech" pace where priorities can shift.
