Member Experience Specialist - Branch Customer Service

The Auto Club Group in Vernon Hills, IL is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative. On-site role with Monday–Friday hours 7:30 AM–6:00 PM and rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a day off during the week. You will greet members, promote memberships, and handle banking and travel product inquiries. You’ll resolve issues, process payments, and support the travel and insurance sales team while contributing to branch goals in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aaa-the-Auto-Club-Grou
