Human Resources ManagerSalary: $60,000-$75,000Location: Munroe Falls, OhioBenefits: Healthcare, PTO, 401 k Match, Paid Holidays, BonusWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Take ownership of a well-rounded HR function with exposure across employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, and workforce planningWork closely with leadership as a trusted HR resource and help support the organization's people strategyMake an impact on employee engagement, retention, talent development, and overall company cultureJoin a collaborative organization where you'll have the opportunity to improve processes and influence key HR initiativesKey Responsibilities:Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, performance concerns, and workplace issuesManage HR compliance efforts and help ensure policies and practices remain aligned with federal, state, and local employment regulationsConduct and support employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processesPartner with leadership on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee developmentSupport benefits administration, leaves of absence, accommodations, disability programs, and related employee questionsAssist with compensation initiatives, job descriptions, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle processesCoordinate and facilitate training related to compliance, safety, harassment prevention, ethics, and leadership developmentMaintain HRIS data and utilize reporting and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, benefits, and general HR operationsWorking knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practicesExperience handling sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations
