Fleet Manager (Dedicated)

We're looking for a Fleet Manager ( Dedicated ) to join our team! In this role, The Dedicated Fleet Manager coordinates all freight planning, driver assignments, and equipment utilization for a division of Dedicated Trucking. You ensure regulatory compliance, maximize driver and equipment productivity, and deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers. This position requires strong communication, time management, and customer service skills to maintain daily operations and driver engagement. Maintain awareness of each assigned driver’s preferences, home time needs, and working conditions. Monitor driver hours of service and regulatory compliance before dispatching. Manage mileage expectations for drivers based on account objectives or weekly mileage goals. Track drivers on high-security loads and ensure compliance with company policies.
