Investment Committee Advisors are a key tier of our ecosystem—providing strategic guidance, transaction evaluation, and approval oversight to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from both earning opportunities and credibility across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Committee Advisors to provide independent, high-level guidance in investment evaluation, deal approval, and portfolio oversight . This is not a traditional employment role ; Advisors operate as independent contractors activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Committee Advisors:

• Advise on investment committee decisions, deal approval, and transaction strategy

• Review fund formation, capital raising, and deal structuring proposals

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on diligence, modeling, and investment evaluation

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the ecosystem

This role is ideal for ex-investment bankers, fund managers, senior consultants, or experienced operators with a proven record of leading investment approvals or guiding high-value transactions .

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Investment Committee Advisors may:

• Evaluate and approve deals presented to investment committees, providing actionable feedback on risk, structure, and strategic fit

• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and transaction readiness

• Guide sponsors on deal structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation approach

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts in investment analysis, modeling, and approval processes

• Offer portfolio advisory insights and operational recommendations for value creation

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Advisors focus on investment-level decision-making, strategic guidance, and relationship-driven deal activation . Day-to-day transaction execution is not expected unless specifically approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Investment committee evaluation, deal review, and approval guidance

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, transaction strategy, and investment oversight

• Portfolio company advisory and operational guidance

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, transaction track record, and demonstrated ability to guide real investment decisions .

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Independent contractor role

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may apply for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earnings for consistent high-value contributions

1. Submit an Advisor application detailing background, deal history, and relevant track record

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin working with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real investment opportunities .

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic guidance, mentorship, and investment-level decision support .
