ResponsibilitiesGreet customers as they arrive, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and document their needs with precision.
Act as the primary point of communication between the customer and our technicians, ensuring expectations are clearly set.
Provide honest, thorough updates to customers throughout the repair process, maintaining transparency at every step.
Translate technical jargon into plain language so that customers feel empowered and informed about their vehicles health.
Manage scheduling and workflow in the service bay to ensure that vehicles are ready when promised.
Follow up with customers after repairs are completed to ensure their total satisfaction with our work.
RequirementsProfessional experience in a service writing or automotive customer service role.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
Technical literacy for navigating industry-standard shop management software.
Strong organizational habits to manage multiple repair orders effectively.
Previous certification from an automotive manufacturer or service training program is highly valued.
