Field Sales Representative

Join an elite group of sales professionals as a Field Sales Representative at AT&T. You will deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, offering demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery to connect customers with the latest technology. Responsibilities Complete paid training and work independently in the field. Connect with existing customers and engage warm prospects at scheduled appointments. Use strong negotiation, communication and upselling techniques to close deals. Drive a company vehicle for official business use only. Maintain the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Key Expectations & Qualifications 1+ year of commission sales experience; outside sales preferred. Successful Commission sales record and achievement of sales targets. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Valid driver’s license and capability to drive. Successful completion of background check, drug screening and criminal/motor vehicle record review.
