Senior Closer (Inbound, B2B) What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Closer, you’ll convert high-value inbound B2B leads into long-term clients. You’ll speak with recruitment and staffing agency owners who want predictable pipelines of candidates and new business. Your role is consultative — understanding their growth challenges, identifying gaps in their current approach, positioning Leadstars’ recruitment marketing systems as the solution, and guiding aligned prospects toward partnership. You’ll manage inbound conversations, re‑engage warm opportunities when needed, document activity in the CRM, and collaborate with leadership to help scale revenue responsibly. About the Company Leadstars is a data‑driven Recruitment Marketing agency that helps recruitment and staffing firms generate a predictable flow of both qualified candidates and new client opportunities. Through proprietary systems combining targeted job marketing, paid advertising, automation, and AI‑driven sourcing, Leadstars transforms open vacancies into high‑performing campaigns distributed across multiple channels. The goal is simple: create consistent, scalable pipelines so agencies can focus on conversations and placements instead of manual sourcing or cold outreach. In addition to candidate generation, Leadstars supports agencies in building structured B2B lead generation systems to attract new hiring clients. Their solutions centralize lead tracking, automate follow‑ups, and provide real‑time performance insights — allowing recruitment businesses to scale in a measurable and repeatable way. Leadstars operates with a strong focus on performance, automation, and long‑term client partnerships. Core Responsibilities Closing qualified inbound leads Recovering no‑shows or lost‑interest leads (identifying objections and re‑engaging them) Understanding client pain points deeply before pitching Advising clients as a consultant, not a pushy salesperson Maintaining a highly organized calendar and follow‑up structure Documenting all calls, objections, and action plans in CRM Reporting directly to management Key Results (6–12 Months) Maintain high conversion quality with current inbound flow Help double down on lead flow once quality is proven Contribute to scaling the offer to support 1–2 full‑time closers within 12 months Maintain strong retention and client satisfaction Daily Summary (30 Seconds) Review inbound leads, prepare for calls, close qualified prospects, recover lost opportunities, document conversations, and create clear action plans to convert and retain clients. Senior consultant energy Calm, confident communicator Advises instead of pressures Strong listening skills Highly organized and structured Experience Experience closing high‑ticket offers ($3k–$6k retainers) Comfortable discussing ROI and investment Experience in recruitment marketing, HR, or employment agencies is a plus Experience handling inbound and recovery calls Requirements Technical CRM proficiency Organized calendar management Ability to document calls and build action plans Nice‑to‑Haves Recruitment / HR market knowledge Experience in B2B service retainers Growth Opportunities Promotion to Sales Manager as team expands Increased commission potential as lead volume scales Compensation & Benefits Commission per close: Average $1,000 per deal Part‑time OTE: $5,000 – $7,000 USD/month Full‑time OTE: $10,000 – $14,000 USD/month Performance‑based variable compensation (individual performance) Opportunity to grow into leadership role Final Notes This role is ideal for a senior, calm, consultant‑style closer who thrives on high‑quality inbound conversations and long‑term scaling opportunities.
