Job Overview:

Pay Range: $14.50hr - $19.50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

High School Diploma or GED.
IPC-610 certification.
Proficiency in SAP and general computer skills.
Experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Blueprints.
Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assemble components of all Product Lines using correct tools and fixtures.
Test assembled products and troubleshoot issues associated with assembly and testing.
Read blueprints and identify components accurately.
Use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques.
Operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Create labor records for all transactions.
Use guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Perform assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards.
Identify electronic components and solder defects.
Follow standard procedures and adhere to Quality standards.

Skills:

Circuit board assembly.
Soldering.
IPC.
PWA.
Electronic component identification.
Design drawing interpretation.
Microscope usage.
Fine motor skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification And Education:

Beginner to Intermediate job level expectation.

Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to use microscope for long periods of time.
