Vice President Operations

We are seeking an experienced and high-energy VP of Operations to lead manufacturing operations across two US-based facilities. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, reporting directly into the Americas leadership team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned operator with a strong track record of driving profitability, operational performance, and cultural transformation in a metal manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Full P&L ownership across two manufacturing sites Drive operational excellence, productivity, and profitability improvements across both locations Lead, develop, and hold accountable all site leadership teams Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, processes, and governance frameworks Partner with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver customer commitments Identify and execute cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives Champion a strong safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture Support business growth — managing capacity, investment, and workforce planning Act as a key member of the Americas senior leadership team Candidate Profile 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience Proven multi-site operational leadership — P&L responsibility essential Metal manufacturing background required (machining, stamping, fabrication, welding, foundry or similar) Track record of delivering measurable profitability and performance improvement Experience leading large, complex organisations (500+ HC) Strong commercial acumen — able to manage customer relationships at a senior level Decisive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent people leader — able to build trust, drive accountability, and develop talent Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Experts Group International
