DescriptionWe are hiring a Marketing Manager to plan and run our marketing campaigns. You will focus on growing our brand, acquiring new customers, and managing our campaigns across digital, email, content, and social media.
- Run Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and content.
- Track Results: Measure campaign performance (conversions, web traffic, ROI) and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Manage Content & Brand: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and oversee the content calendar.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Budgeting: Help manage the marketing budget to ensure funds are spent effectively.
- Experience: 5-7+ years in a marketing role.
- Tools: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
- Skills: Strong writing ability, organized project management skills, and a balance of creativity and data analysis.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, social media management, and paid advertising (Google/Meta Ads).
