HR Administrative Assistant

Integrity Heating & Air is a locally owned residential HVAC company serving Delaware and expanding into Maryland. Responsibilities: Support the hiring process by communicating with applicants, confirming interviews, completing prequalification calls, and ensuring hiring information is accurate and complete. Coordinate the onboarding process by preparing paperwork, setting up employee accounts, orienting new hires, and training them on company technology and systems. Complete HR administrative tasks, including background checks, drug testing, payroll paperwork, benefits documentation, and employee records. Maintain accurate information across company systems while supporting payroll preparation and new hire documentation. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and assist with day-to-day office operations. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Qualifications: Strong computer skills and confidence using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and web-based software Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Administrative, HR, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-growing environment Experience in Canva or similar tools is a plus What we bring to the table: Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) Competitive hourly pay Company-provided computer Stable, full-time position with a growing local company Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) A team that values hard work, accountability, and doing things right A role where your work directly drives the success of the business What you bring to the table: Ownership: You follow through on every detail and make sure nothing gets missed.
