Technical Training CoordinatorPGS Worldwide is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator to join a premier aerospace and defense team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity located onsite at the Kennedy Space Center, FL, working a 4x10 schedule (Monday through Thursday). In this role, you will support site operations by scheduling, delivering, and tracking technical training while managing daily Learning Management System (LMS) operations.Required & Preferred SkillsExperience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or administrative training support.LMS Support: Experience navigating and supporting Learning Management Systems (SABA or Cornerstone preferred) for roster input, reporting, and course updates.Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, including Word (mail merge, formatting), Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Outlook.Citizenship: US Citizenship is required for this position.Preferred Skills: Basic instructional design skills (course maintenance/updates), experience with Lectora 21, understanding of ADA compliance in web-based training, and familiarity with government training systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, schedule, deliver, and track technical training, onboarding, and train-the-trainer programs.Manage daily LMS operations, including running reports, inputting rosters, updating course materials, and assisting with system migration preparation.Prepare and maintain class and learning lab materials, including copies, binders, job aids, and tools.Partner with functional areas to develop training materials and knowledge assessments for standard operating procedures (SOPs).Schedule participants for externally delivered courses, maintain the training mailbox, and update On-the-Job Training (OJT) documents.Job ID: 1819Military veterans and transitioning military members are encouraged to apply to all PGS Worldwide positions.
