About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President with a focus on Healthcare M&A. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting M&A and capital markets transactions within the healthcare services and IT sectors. This role involves managing the entire deal process, from origination to close, and requires a strong background in financial analysis, due diligence, and client management. The VP will also play a key role in business development, including building and maintaining relationships with healthcare sponsors, strategics, and management teams. Mentoring and overseeing junior bankers, as well as partnering with senior bankers on pitch development, are also key aspects of the position. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 4 years' of investment banking experience, with a preference for those with direct M&A and/or healthcare sector experience. A background in healthcare services and/or IT transactions is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and modeling skills, be capable of managing workstreams independently, and have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management. The role is based in one of the following locations: Chicago, New York, Boston, San Francisco, or Charlotte, and the candidate must be willing to be based in one of these cities.
