Senior Associate, Product Management- Developer Tooling. About the role As a Senior Associate Product Manager for Developer Tooling, you will define the internal experience for our engineering teams. Your primary mission is to empower developers to work faster and more effectively. A key part of this role is owning our context service, which provides engineers with intelligent real‑time data they need to streamline AI workflows. You treat engineers as your customers, ensuring the platform is easy to use while maintaining the high security standards of a global bank. You will own the roadmap for our testing strategies and developer automation. Your goal is to champion engineering excellence by making testing a seamless, intelligent process rather than a manual hurdle. By leveraging AI, you will embed smart automation into the development lifecycle, ensuring every feature is stable and high‑quality before it reaches customers. You will define success through improved developer productivity and tool adoption. Success in this role means acting as a bridge between technical infrastructure teams and product leadership. You will conduct regular research with engineers to find and fix friction points that slow them down. You must balance rapid innovation with a "well‑managed" mindset—ensuring risk and compliance requirements are built directly into the tools. Ultimately, you will empower our engineers to focus on building great products by providing them with the best possible tooling and context. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience. At least 1 year of product management experience or in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences. 1+ years working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process. The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
