Senior Associate, Product Management – Financial Core Enterprise Platform Senior Associate, Product Management for the Enterprise Financial Ledger platform. This role focuses on strategy and execution of system-of-record functionality for financial accounts and transactions, while managing relationships with key business stakeholders and ensuring platform reliability and performance. About the role Develop a long‑term roadmap that aligns with the broader enterprise vision and industry trends. Engage Lines of Business to define, prioritize, and build reusable capabilities supporting multiple financial products. Partner closely with technology teams to ensure platform architecture supports value drivers of modernization business cases. Collaborate with program management to maintain clear communication channels with LOB partners. Ensure platform accuracy, performance, and data integrity. At least 1 year of product management experience or related experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. Experience translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products. Experience working on core product platforms that power digital experiences. Experience as product owner in an agile development process with cross‑functional teams. Employment and Compensation Location: McLean, VA – Salary: $111,200 – $126,900 (Sr. Associate, Product Management). Location: New York, NY – Salary: $121,300 – $138,400 (Sr. Associate, Product Management).
