What Will You Do in This Role

As a HR Generalistyou will serve as a trusted partner and liaison between centralized human resources and the community. This role supports a consistent compliant and effective workplace aligned with company culture and HR best practices. This role is responsible for executing core HR functions with a primary focus on employee relations compliance and HR operations. This position requires an experienced HR professional who can manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal oversight and effectively handle complex human situations.

• A flexible fun and energetic personality
• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent or combination of education and experience
• Experience: 3 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong understanding of employment laws HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook/Teams)
• Ability to provide guidance and facilitate training
• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
• Current knowledge of local state and federal guidelines and regulations
• Must possess strong personal organization and time management with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
