Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a leading Company located in the San Diego, CA surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $32.65

**US Citizenship is required.**

We're looking for a TABP to own the full cycle in our world-class Aeronautics organization. You'll build and manage strategic relationships with target partnerdirectly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent, and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Build and manage strategic relationships with target universities and student organizations aligned to our business needs
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships, including faculty, career service, and student organizations
• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to build a sustainable early career talent pipeline (i.e.engineering disciplines and emerging technologies)
• Maintaining a “keep warm” strategy for our candidates across the academic cycles
• Screen, assess and present qualified early career candidates aligned to defined hiring profiles
• Partner with hiring managers to refine candidate criteria and selection strategies
• Act as strategic advisor to hiring managers and early career talent market trends and campus strategy
• Lead planning and execution of campus events, networking sessions, and student engagement initiatives
• Promote company culture, values, and mission alignment to strengthen brand presence
• Ensure seamless, high quality candidate experience through effective communication and process transparency
• Use data insights to inform campus strategy aligned to business sustainability and affordability posture
• Ensure adherence to recruiting policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Manage full life cycle recruitment for regional and site-specific early career and intern hiring requisitions
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Sector UR&R teams to participate in partnerships
• Update candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity
• Develop and analyze UR&R metrics
• Develop and implement process improvements that drive operating excellence
• The successful candidates will have exposure to the college recruiting space and display the ability to consult with all levels of internal and external customers, including students and partners, Hiring Managers, and various levels of leadership

Basic Hiring Criteria:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / Relations OR Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / Relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government clearance
• Travel required up to 25%

Desired Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruiting through offer accept
• Proficiency in Workday and Eightfold
• Previous TA experience in Corprecruiting environment
• TA experience within the internship and early career arena
