We're looking for someone who doesn't just agree with these values, but lives them out in how they support their teammates and serve our community.About the RoleAs the Fleet Coordinator, you'll help keep one of the organization's most essential operations running smoothly. Working alongside the Fleet Manager, you'll coordinate daily transportation logistics, support our delivery drivers, and help ensure vehicles, schedules, and resources are organized to meet the needs of the community.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new. Your work behind the scenes helps ensure food and critical resources are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to the neighbors we serve.Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occasional evening, weekend, event-based, or on-call availability may be required to support operational needs and organization-wide events.What You'll DoCoordinate daily delivery schedules, driver assignments, and routing adjustmentsServe as a primary point of contact for drivers throughout the day, providing operational support and resolving scheduling issuesSupport vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and fleet documentation to help keep our vehicles safe and road-readyTrack vehicle usage, mileage, fuel, and inspection records while maintaining accurate operational dataPartner with internal departments to ensure client delivery needs are communicated effectivelyAssist with driver onboarding logistics, training coordination, and operational documentationSupport reporting, recordkeeping, and continuous process improvement initiativesRepresent The Just One Project at community events, including participation in up to six Pop Up & Give events each yearWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least two years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, dispatch, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfort working with technology, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with fleet management or GPS software is a plusA valid, unrestricted Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet the organization's insurability requirementsAbility to obtain a Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card within 30 days of hireA commitment to teamwork, accountability, and providing exceptional service while living out our core values of Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and CompassionPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Nonprofit experience.Experience working with vulnerable populations or community based programs.Compensation and BenefitsCompensation based on experience.
