We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on team member who’s eager to learn, work hard, and grow. The Operations Support Technician supports day‑to‑day device and inventory operations, helping keep equipment moving through its lifecycle, from receiving and prep to deployment support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who may not have prior experience but has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to build skills in operations or technical support.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with receiving, unloading, organizing, and verifying incoming equipment
• Help prepare devices for imaging, deployment, reassignment, or surplus
• Create and maintain asset records using tracking tools
• Organize devices, accessories, and storage areas
• Support imaging, asset control, deliveries, and large deployment events as needed
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain clean, organized workspaces

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Dependable, proactive, and team‑oriented
• Valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
