Contract Technical Recruiter (Digital / AI)Location: Remote or ideally located near NYC, Windsor, CT, Atlanta, GA Minneapolis, MN, Des Moines, IA, Scottsdale/Tempe, AZ (will remain remote)Will consider remote for strong candidatesPosition OverviewW2 Rate - $52/hr – NO 1099 NO THIRD PARTY NO CTCSeeking a highly experienced Technology Recruiter (Contract) to lead full-cycle recruiting for critical AI, Data, Digital, and Technology roles.Required Experience5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on AI, Data, Digital, and Technology hiring.Deep expertise in the AI and digital talent landscape and demonstrated success recruiting technical talent across multiple levels, including senior and leadership roles.Strong network within AI, engineering, data, and digital communities.Experience recruiting for large financial institutions, fintech organizations, or leading technology companies.Ability to influence hiring leaders and drive recruiting strategies in competitive talent markets.Experience using modern sourcing tools, market intelligence platforms, ATS systems, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.Experience recruiting and closing digital and AI talent from top-tier technology companies, leading AI research labs, and major global financial institutions with sophisticated tech organizations and brings a strong network of AI, machine learning, data, engineering, and digital talent.Day to DayLead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.Recruit for high-demand talent areas including:Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Generative AIMachine LearningData Science & Data EngineeringDigital Product ManagementSoftware EngineeringCloud & Platform EngineeringCybersecurity
