Position Overview

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and maintains a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate support.

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email regarding requests, documentation, and updates.
• Process and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages requiring immediate attention.
• Accurately document client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within internal systems.
• Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of customer personalities and situations.

Preferred

• Experience in the legal services industry.
• Experience working in a service-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM, database, or client management systems.
