What you'll do day to day: Collaborating Across Teams: You'll spend time partnering with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance to untangle processes, map out workflows, and gather essential system requirements. Driving Agile Priorities: You will write detailed Jira work items, prioritize bugs, and manage backlogs to ensure engineering teams have clear direction and minimal rework. Building Strong Internal Relationships: You'll act as a trusted advisor to team members across the company - answering questions, listening to pain points, and presenting data-backed solutions to leadership. Measuring Success & Impact: Beyond just delivering tools, you'll track project outcomes after launch to evaluate how well we met our objectives. You'll excel in this position if you: Experience working with Salesforce, email marketing tools, ticketing systems and other internal tools to streamline business operations. Are forward-thinking with technology, leveraging AI tools to drive deeper analytics and insights. Are confident navigating Jira to write clear work items, manage backlogs, and keep projects moving. Know how to influence without authority, building consensus and rallying cross-functional teams around shared goals. Are proficient with charting and flow diagramming tools to map out clear, efficient workflows. Have a proven track record of following and continuously improving business processes.
