What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed, including other OSU-affiliated hospitals
• Manage patient assessments, IV starts, and telehealth monitoring
• Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately in Epic electronic health records
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
• Respond effectively to patient needs and emergencies

What You Need

Required:

• Active Ohio RN license
• 2+ years of RN experience in a similar setting
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in IV starts, tele monitoring, and Epic systems

Preferred:

• Experience floating within hospital units
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
